Stapleton Tap House – Why Northfield?

A couple of people have asked us why we picked Northfield as the location for the Stapleton Tap House. We’re excited by the location (and we’ve gotten a ton of positive feedback), but we also want to respond to those who’ve asked about other potential spots. Its a fair question, and we thought we’d pass along a few thoughts…

Stapleton Brewing Update – Announcing the Stapleton Tap House!

Detour

As many of you know, about 18 months ago we started investigating the possibility of opening a craft beer brewery in Stapleton. We live here and we love the neighborhood, and we love craft beer, so it was a natural progression to see if we could open a brewery. It actually started as a bit of a joke, when visitors to the HGTV Green Home in Stapleton asked us what was going to happen to the old airport control tower (we suggested a brewery)…

…but I digress. It’s time to make a couple of announcements about our business plans!

Why I love living and brewing in Colorado

So, I just got home a few minutes ago from the “Strange Days Beer Festival,” and had to share a few thoughts with anyone out there who cares to read along. For those of you who don’t already know, this event was a legal defense fundraiser organized by a bunch of Colorado breweries to support Strange Brewing Co. You see, our Strange is in the midst of a trademark battle with another Strange – Strange Brew, a homebrew shop in Massachusetts.
